What to know before booking:

• All tours will depart from the Avenue of Stars (Outside the Starbucks / Wildfire Pizzabar near the Bruce Lee Statue) at Tsim Sha Tsui East. Click here for the detailed location. 
• While we strive for punctuality, please note that the departure and return time is subject to the public pier's real-time availability, which is beyond our control. Delays may occur if the dock is occupied by other boats. If you have a tight or inflexible schedule, we recommend reconsidering your booking or making necessary adjustments .
• In rare cases, there may be commercial promotions on the sails, which may affect the appearance of the iconic red sails.The tour will proceed as planned, but if you prefer an alternative, we can reschedule or make suitable arrangements.
• During the return journey, if other ships are using the pier and the pier is congested, Dukling reserves the right to change the docking location. Our crews will notify all passengers, and all passengers must disembark at this location.

Cancellation policies:

• No refunds and compensation will be offered in case the sails are not raised - the raising of the sail depends on the weather and is not guaranteed
• When typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted and the red/black rainstorm warning signal is in effect, the tour will be canceled and the booking will be rescheduled or refunded depending on the situation. Please visit www.dukling.com.hk for the latest status and announcements
• As long as the tours are operating as usual, the tickets are non-refundable, even in case of a no-show. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Booking reminders

• The system only sells tickets 30 days in advance.
• Adult: 12-59 years old, Child: 4-11 years old, Senior: 60+ years old
• Toddlers (0-3) can board for free, but a ticket reservation is still necessary
• If you cancel the transaction during the purchase process, an email will send to indicate that the transaction was unsuccessful; if the email comes with an attachment DBKxxxxxx, the transaction has been successful and you DO NOT need to make the reservation again.
• Please take note that from 21 Apr to 4 May 2025, commercial promotions will appear on the sails, altering the look of the original iconic red sails, book only if you feel comfortable with it.
